memory Lab

The Memory Lab is a free-to-use digitization station that is housed in Centre County Library at 200 North Allegheny Street in Bellefonte. At the Memory Lab you can covert older media to a digital, computer-based format. Equipment is available for you to convert VHS video cassette tapes, compact audio cassette tapes, 3.5 inch floppy discs, film negatives, 35mm slides, books, and photographs up to 8 x 10. Converted media may only be used for personal purposes, not for commercial or business purposes. We encourage everyone to use this space to preserve family, personal, and community history!
