Penn State Professor, John Marsh, who has just published a centenary meditation (A Rotten Crowd: America, Wealth, and 100 Years of the Great Gatsby) on

F. Scott Fitzgerald’s classic, The Great Gatsby, will speak about this prolific American author emphasizing what he told us about the contest between the rich and the rest of us.

Join us at the Bellefonte Library to learn about this American master’s life and work and the light it sheds on our current situation. After the presentation, there will be plenty of time for questions and meeting other readers while enjoying snacks and hors d’oeuvres. Prof. Marsh’s new book, A Rotten Crowd, will be available to purchase at $10 (50% off).
