The Bellefonte Library Friends and Bellefonte Historical & Cultural Association invite you to come view the Art In The Open artwork from the community. Each piece featured during Art in the Open was created by a Bellefonte resident on canvas distributed during the Bellefonte Art Fest. (Artists: You have until the library closes to get your art in!) Every one is welcome to come and view the beautiful art that Bellefonte residents created! Light refreshments will be provided.
