In this 6 week course, we will introduce some principals of yoga, gentle stretching, gentle movement, and deep relaxation, as well as an introduction to deep breathing.
Please wear comfortable clothing, yoga clothes are not necessary. Clothes you can be comfortable in are best.
If you have your own yoga mat, that's great, if not, it's not necessary to buy one, a suitable substitute is a beach towel or folded blanket.
