The Parent-Child Workshop is a five week program for children who are 12-36 months of age and their caregivers.  This unique, grant-funded program emphasizes learning through play.  It aims to encourage social interactions between parents and their children.  It aims to help parents build a support network of other parents and community agencies that help children.

To participate in this wonderful program, you will need to register by e-mailing the children’s librarian at: or by calling (814) 355-1516x205.  You many also register in-person at the circulation desk.

Infant and preschool siblings may attend the program with a registered toddler.

Once you register, you will be registered for all five weeks of this program.

Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate 10 families.
